Much of my work focuses on Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and belonging. I facilitate training, speak on panels, and given keynote speeches in a variety of contexts - mostly working with schools, colleges, universities, and charities. 

My specialism within DEIB work is LGBTQ+ inclusion. I am a leader on LGBTQ+ inclusion in educational spaces through my work with Pride & Progress - and I use this expertise in my education, training, and support. 

Within LGBTQ+ inclusion broadly, I offers support specifically focused on trans and non-binary awareness & inclusion. I combine my own lived experience as a trans person, with theory and legislation, to create an empathetic educational conversation that helps people to better understand and support trans+ identities.
