I work with schools, universities, charities, and businesses to support them in creating more inclusive spaces, with a focus on LGBTQ+ inclusion.

I am the co-founder of Pride & Progress: A podcast, a research platform, and a community network which makes education more LGBTQ+ inclusive. Our podcast and award-winning book have changed practice and improved schools for LGBTQ+ students and teachers. 

I am a PhD researcher, researching LGBTQ+ networks as a mechanism for employee voice, and I work and volunteer for a variety of organisations whose goals and values align with mine.
